The new, enlarged company will trade under the ING name.
The merger will combine Stratton & Reekie’s significant experience of more than 30 years, with the broad range of ING’s outstanding capabilities; consolidating the agencies position as the leading PR consultant for companies in the property, construction, architecture and related built-environment sectors.
